Isamen bataaya gaya hai ki jo vyakti shraddha se in naamon ka smaraṇ karata hai, usake jiivan ke vighn dur ho jaate hain. Yah stotra vidya chaahane vaale ko jñaan, dhan chaahane vaale ko dhan, santan chaahane vaale ko santan or moksh chaahane vaale ko mukti deta hai. Gaṇapati stotr ke niyamit paaṭh se sabhi kary siddh hote hain owr bhay samaapt hotaa hai. Yah stotr naarad puraaṇ se liyaa gayaa hai or ise sankaṭ naashak mana gaya hai.
