Short Description of Pandurang Stotra : Shree Panḍurang Stotra bhagawan viṭhṭhal (panḍuranga) ki mahima our karuṇa ka varṇan karata hai. Isamen bataya gaya hai ki bhagawan alag-alag yugon men bhakton ki raksha ke lie anek avatar lete hain. Ve din-dukhiyon ke sahayak, papon ko harane wale our sachche bhakton par sada kṛapa karane wale hain. Punḍalik ki bhakti se ve panḍhari men viṭe par khade hue. Ram, krishṇa, narasingh jaise rupon men unhone adharm ka naash kiya. Yah stotra padhane se duahkh, rog our bhay dur hote hain tatha man men shanti, bhakti our aanand ki prapti hoti hai.
Sri Pandurang Stotra describes the majesty and compassion of Lord Vitthal (Pandurang). It states that the Lord takes many incarnations in different ages to protect the devotees. He is the helper of the downtrodden, the vanquisher of sins and the ever merciful to the true devotees. Pundalik ki bhakti they stood on bricks in Pandhari. In the form of Rama, Krishna, Narasimha he destroyed unrighteousness. Recitation of this stotra brings pain, disease and fear away and brings peace, devotion and joy to the mind.
