पुस्तक का विवरण : मस्तिष्क में आकाश, कंधों में अग्नि, नामि में वायु, घुटनों में पृथ्वी, पादांत में जल आदि तत्वों का निवास है और आत्मा परमात्मा है, क्योंकि दोनों ही निराकार हैं । दोनों को ही महसूस किया जा सकता है। इसी लिए स्वर महाविज्ञान में प्राण वायु आत्मा मानी गयी है और यही प्राण वायु जब शरीर (देह) से निकल कर सूर्य में विलीन हो जाती है, तब शरीर निष्प्राण हो जाता है। इसी लिए सूर्य ही भूलोक में समस्त जीवों, पेड़-पौधों का जीवन आधार है; अर्थात्‌ सूर्य सभी प्राणियों के प्राणों का स्रोत है। यही सूर्य जब उदय होता है, तब संपूर्ण संसार में प्राणाग्नि का संचार आरंभ होता है, क्योंकि सूर्य की रश्मियों में सभी रोगों को नष्ट करने की शक्ति मौजूद है। सूर्य पूर्व दिशा में ‘उगता हुआ पश्चिम में अस्त होता है। इसी लिए भवन निर्माण में ‘ओरिएंटेशन’ का स्थान प्रमुख है। भवन निर्माण में सूर्य ऊर्जा, वायु ऊर्जा, चंद्र ऊर्जा आदि के पृथ्वी पर प्रमाव प्रमुख माने जाते हैं।…………

Pustak ka Vivaran : Mastishk mein aakaash, kandhon mein agni, naami mein vaayu, ghutanon mein prthvee, paadaant mein jal aadi tatvon ka nivaas hai aur aatma paramaatma hai, kyonki donon hee niraakaar hain. Yahi soory jab uday hota hai, tab sampoorn sansaar mein praanaagni ka sanchaar aarambh hota hai, kyonki soory kee rashmiyon mein sabhee rogon ko nasht karane kee shakti maujood hai. Soory poorv disha mein ugata hua pashchim mein ast hota hai. Isee lie bhavan nirmaan mein orienteshan ka sthaan pramukh hai. Bhavan nirmaan mein soory oorja, vaayu oorja, chandr oorja aadi ke prthvee par pramaav pramukh maane jaate hain………….
