चन्द्रमा का संछिप्त विवरण : कभी – कभी हमें पूरा चन्द्रमा दिखाई पड़ता है. बाकी समय वह छोटा दिखाई देता है. हर रात चन्द्रमा थोड़ा अलग दिखाई देता है. चद्रमा के विभिन्न आकार उसकी कला कहलाते है. ये कलाएं अमावास से शुरू होती हैं और पूर्णिमा तक बढ़ती हैं और फिर घटते हुए वापस अमावस में ख़त्म होती हैं. 29 दिन में चन्द्रमा की कलाओं का एक चक्र पूरा होता है. चित्र में दिखाई गई कला को हम क्रीसेंट चन्द्रमा कहते……..
